Shamanic Journeying is a way to connect with the unseen non-ordinary reality. Laying down on a mat to relax, Adina will drum and guide you through the process of meeting and connecting with your personal guides to the lower, middle and upper worlds. If you have life questions, there is wisdom and guidance for you to tap into, it is the “path of direct revelation”. (see text by Sandra Ingerman)
No experience necessary, just bring an openness to possibility.
Adina will begin by explaining the process of how to journey for beginners. If you have experience with journeying and would like a community to journey with, you are most welcome as well. Eventually, a few months after some practice, we will do partner journeys.
Mats provided, bring a blanket and eye covering.
