The International ScreenDance Festival, founded and directed by University of Iowa Professor, choreographer, ScreenDance maker, and teacher Eloy Barragan, is not just a celebration of art but also a platform for education. We aim to expand access to the arts, engage with the Iowa City community, and celebrate artistic films worldwide to create an inclusive global community.
