Join us for an engaging exploration of early Christian art traditions guided by Dr. Björn Anderson, Gloria Dei member and Associate Professor in the School of Art, Art History & Design at the University of Iowa. Dr. Anderson’s work focuses on material and visual culture in western Asia, including art and archaeology in Jordan and ancient Persia — giving his approach to early Christian art a rich, cross-cultural perspective.
