On the Winter Solstice, drop into deep rest and ritual with a special practice to awaken the light of awareness in this mid-winter moment. Mark the seasonal shift with intention, Yoga Nidra, sacred practices, and a collective of support.

Post-practice, a homemade decaf chair will be served. BYO pillow and mug.
