Join us on Sunday, September 21 at the Margaree Salmon Museum for a special community celebration of our river heritage.
While World Rivers Day is officially marked on the fourth Sunday of September, we’re celebrating a week early to bring the community together.
Enjoy live music, interactive youth science activities with special guests X-Oceans from St. Francis Xavier University, a community BBQ, river updates, and more. Admission to the Margaree Salmon Museum will be free throughout the event.
This is a great opportunity to connect with the Margaree River, learn about its importance, and celebrate the community working to protect it.
