**NEW** The 2025 Sweat, Swat, n' Swear will start and finish at HOLDER MINE CAMPGROUND!
The race will use the A, B & C loop of the Citrus Tract in the Withlacoochee Forest.
50K start: 6:30am
25K start: 7:30am
10M start: 8:00am
There will be hydration stations on the route, approximately 5 miles apart, and staffed aid stations with food & drinks every 8 miles. Runners are required to carry some type of container for fluids and carrying food/gels/calories is highly recommended.
COURSE DETAILS:
The trail will be marked with orange trail tape and the occasional sign.
All three distances will start and end in Holder Mine Campground and each distance is one single loop.
A new course map will be available on our website as we get closer to the event.
Race cut-off time is 4:30 pm.
AID STATIONS:
Aid stations will have water, GU Roctane, soda, pickles, chips, PB&J, fruit, and ice. There will be three full aid stations on the course and three “hydration only” stations. However, ALL participants are expected to carry a handheld, waist pack, or hydration pack. It will be HOT and access to hydration is vital for success (and your health).
DROP BAGS
To be updated closer to the event.
Every finisher will receive a finisher's award. Once you cross the finish line, grab a camp chair and join us for a post-race picnic.
PACKET PICK UP:
Saturday, May 24: 4pm-7pm in the Holder Mine Campground, Trail 10, Inverness.
Sunday, May 25: 5:15am-8:00am in Holder Mine Campground, Trail 10, Inverness.
