Summer Solstice One Day Yoga Retreat

Summer solstice marks the longest and lightest day of the year.

As yogis, we can use the energy of the season to help us blossom and grow. You might find yourself feeling energized and playful as summer unfolds. It makes sense, as the longer days give us that extra boost and motivation. It’s an ideal time to be outside, enjoy the fresh air, and bask in gratitude for all we’ve been given.

As yogis, it’s not uncommon for us to live with the seasons. With lush greenery, delicate wildflowers, and mild summer nights, there’s something special about summer. This yoga retreat can help get you in the Solstice spirit and give you the time to honour the sun and everything it brings us, energetically and physically.

What will be included:
- 2 x yoga session
- 2 or more x meditations

- Mindful garden walk & flower picking
