This will be a fun and casual evening tasting pizzas, chatting about local foods and farms while hanging out at The Corner Store by missbrenna in Inverness, Cape Breton Island.
We enjoyed some of these pizzas at our summer staff party and loved them.

Introduction:
Christian is founder and operator of the newly opened Pizzeria Ascente in Port Hood, where locally produced farm fresh ingredients drive the menu offerings. Christian strives to source as many ingredients as possible from Cape Breton where he has developed extensive partnerships with local farms. When he cannot source directly from the island, Christian taps into farms on mainland Nova Scotia or other parts of the Maritimes. Christian specialized in craft pizza where his dough and signature sauces are made in small batches and every pie is hand-stretched.
