- Bring a mat and any props to support your practice (a bolster, cushion, rolled up blanket, blocks or books - whatever works for you)
- Feel free to request a mat or block
- Take plenty of layers for all weathers and a blanket for relaxation
- Walk-ins and cash payments are welcome
- Please be aware that it is an outdoor session with no toilets nearby so come prepared
- Active travel and car sharing is encouraged
