Mobile Library

The Highlife Highland Mobile Library comes to Farr Community Hall every four weeks.

If using the app, don’t forget to reserve books under ‘Dingwall and Moray Firth Mobile Library’.

If you are unable to be at the hall for the mobile library, are two boxes in the Hall’s foyer. One is a drop off box so any library books to be returned can be placed in it at any time. If place any reservations, they will be placed in a paper bag with your name in the collection box so you can pick them up at a later date.

It is a rented van so they do carry several crates of library books, including some large prints, for you to look at but if you are after particular books, best to reserve them.

If you have lost your library card, feel free to ring Dingwall Library and they can check the system. We do have some blank application forms at the hall if anyone would like to get a card to use the High Life Highland service. Mark, the librarian who oversees the Mobile Library is more than happy to help so if you have any questions, feel free to email or phone him.
