Our Annual Meeting will be held on May 30th 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Cornerstone Baptist Church.
During this meeting, all members will have the ability to ask questions, review financials and raise any concerns. Members in good standing will have the ability to Vote in New Board Members, confirm or Deny existing Board Member and make changes to the Leagues by Laws and Constitution.
All members in good standing can attend and Vote.
Members include Current Board Members, Managers, Coaches, Umpires, Team Parent, Scorekeepers, Concession stand Volunteers that have been a contributing helper to the league.
The league will provide Dinner and Raffles to our
Managers/Coaches, Umpires and Volunteers.
