On Friday 17th January I’m offering a small, in person workshop at Aurora Borealis Highland Retreat on the Black Isle.
It’s an introduction to inner work and EFT, and a space to slow right down and work at the roots of what shapes our lives. This work is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It is about understanding how beliefs, emotional patterns, and nervous system responses formed, and learning how to meet them with truth, compassion, and choice.
This is the work I have devoted my life to.
Raising consciousness and love in humans and in the world, not through force or bypassing, but through honest inner transformation.
We’ll do real process work.
Gently. Deeply. At your pace.
I’ll guide you through how EFT works with the subconscious and the body, how core beliefs are formed and maintained, and how to work with the nervous system rather than overriding it. This is root work. The kind that creates lasting change because it meets what is actually there.
There will be time for reflection, sharing if you wish, questions, and integration. Nothing rushed. Nothing forced.
I’ll make homemade soup and simple, nourishing nibbles so we can ground the work together in warmth and care. Healing happens best when we are fed, held, and human. There will be ease and probably laughter too.
This space is for you if you feel called to understand yourself more deeply, if you notice repeating patterns you are ready to meet at the roots, if you are on a healing or therapeutic path, or if you are simply curious about EFT and conscious inner work as a way of living with more truth and less pressure.
