The power of sound is used to heal and replenish our life force, learning ways to reconnect with our deepest inner rhythms, and re-tune to the natural frequencies of our bodies. Sound Therapy is intended to relieve or reduce stress, pain and anxiety by promoting relaxation. Our skin is our largest organ and as these sound waves wash over your body and are also heard through the ears, they can take you into an alpha & theta brainwave state. This means that the sound vibrations can help to shift your brain into a calmer state and relax the nervous system.

Please arrive about 15 minutes early to settle in. Bring a pillow to rest your head on and if you tend to chill easy, bring a light cover. Sanitized yoga mats or a chair provided.
