‘Ayurveda & Yoga’ one day retreat

Come and join us for a day of working with the mind, body, and soul as a united whole in relationship to nature and the universe.
Ayurveda can be translated as ‘knowledge of life and longevity’ and dates back more than 5000 years.
The day will be themed around Ayurvedic wisdom, focusing on the three Doshas; Kapha, Pitta, and Vata. This will help us learn how to balance our health by understanding our bodies basic constitutions (dosha).

What's included:
- 2 x yoga sessions
- 2 or more x meditations
- journaling & time for reflection
- working with oracle cards

£45 per person, 50% deposit required upon booking.
