Conditions of Entry - Please read carefully
๐ข 1 - Entry Forms and Schedule will be available at South
Alive, The Pantry, Diacks and online from 25 August
2025, and also at the venue on Friday 26 September
between 5.30pm-7.30pm

๐ข 2 - Entrants for the adult classes must reside in Post Code
9812. All entries must be grown by the Entrant. It can
be brought to the show by a representative.
๐ข 3 - There is no limit to the number of entries per person
but no more than 2 entries per class per person.
๐ข 4 - All Entries for the Show must be received by the
Stewards in the South Alive foyer and be prepared on
the table provided, before being placed by a Steward in
South Alive by 7.30pm on the evening before the Show
(Friday 26 Sept), ready for judging. NO entries will be
accepted on the Saturday morning.
๐ข 5 - Each Entry will be supplied with a sticker which
identifies the Class and Entrant Number. This will be
securely attached to the entry .
๐ข 6 - Vases and saucers will be supplied. Bowls are NOT
supplied.
๐ข 7 - Judging will start at 9am Saturday 27 September 2025,
open for public viewing 10.30am
๐ข 8 - If, in the Judges view, entries do not reach a sufficient
standard, prizes may be adjusted
๐ข 9 - Judges decisions will be final
๐ข 10 - Entries are not to be removed before 3pm on the day
of the Show and may be removed after 3.20pm. Any
entries left after 4pm will be dismantled and donated locally.
๐Helpful Hints/Tips for Exhibiting Entries ๐
๐1 - Assistance will be available regarding presentation.

๐2 - Paper towels can be used to stabilise stems inside vase
๐3 - Flowers to be facing the same way if more than one
๐4 - Stems to be appropriate length for vase
๐5 - Stewards to place items on table
๐6 - Blooms to be clean/free of soil or imperfec๔ons
๐7 -No bugs on or holes in petals
๐8 - Vases of three and five to be displayed in a triangle
