As life speeds up and we're juggling multiple demands, it can sometimes feel easier to speed up our internal rhythm to meet that pace,
However, this can come at a cost...
The cost of abandoning ourselves, denying our feelings, running on empty, putting everyone else's needs before our own, becoming overwhelmed and disconnected...
The antidote,
Slowwwing down
And re-harmonizing with the rhythm of the earth (your natural rhythm)
The Summer Solstice is an invitation to take this sacred pause and come back into balance with the Rhythm of the Earth.
Plant your feet upon the soil,
Lay your body upon hers,
Take a breath with her,
Let her transmute any tension you may not even be aware you are carrying,
And come home to your natural state of BEING
From this place we:
Open to the abundance that is all around and within us,
Create space for celebration and acknowledgement,
And allow for deeper connection with ourselves, one another and the earth
You are invited to join us for this co-creative ritual of deep listening and harmonising with the rhythm of the earth.
As we enter this journey together, time begins to slow down and space opens. We move with presence and intention, gradually shifting from the linear, doing, thinking aspects of self, to the cyclical, being, feeling & intuitive.
During this time together you may experience:
~ A profound connection to yourself and the larger ecosystem of nature
~ Visions, insights or clarity on your path forward
~ A deep exhale that allows you to feel what has been sitting beneath the surface
~ More openness to the subtle realms and your senses
~ The ability to let go and be deeply present

We will be gathering outdoors, in the Riverton surrounds (exact location to come).
The formal journey will complete at 7pm, you are invited to bring a plate and stay for the sharing of food & connection at the completion.
