Spring is here and so is our earlier start! Join us on Saturday, 4 October for the first 8am Invercargill parkrun of the season at beautiful Queens Park 🌳.

🕗 We start right on time at 8am, so set your alarm an hour earlier, lace up your shoes, and come celebrate the return of lighter mornings with your parkrun whānau.

Whether you're chasing a PB or enjoying a stroll through the gardens, there's no better way to kick off your Sunday.
