9 a.m.: Drop-in Yoga in the Fitness Studio
9 a.m.: Drop-in Silver Sneakers in the National Guard Gym
10 a.m.: Tai Chi
11 a.m.: Yin Yoga
Noon: Mental Reset Walk

Thursday, October 9 at 11 a.m.: Connect, Moments that Matter, Dementia Friendly Activities
