Hatha Yoga

Designed as a hatha yoga class which encourage proper alignment of the body, breathing and meditation techniques to bring balance, strength and calmness. Excellent for students who appreciate longer holds in individual postures and prefer a slower, more meditative approach to their practice while still gaining all the physical benefits of the practice. 60 Min. class. Beginner Friendly. Instructed by RYT200 Hailey Silvers. Cost for members $10/class. Non-members are welcome to join for $15. Walk-ins Welcome
