Sweat & Stretch: The Buti Sampler!

Get a taste of what’s coming! Join us for a special 75-minute fusion class with guest instructor Sarah Goncalves, former owner of Buti MVMT Baton Rouge. This dynamic class blends mat pilates, BUTI yoga, HotCore, and deep stretch—offering strength, sweat, and serious release. It’s the perfect mix of power and restoration, designed to wake up your core, energize your body, and calm your mind.

What to bring: Water, a yoga mat, and thick socks for sliding-based movement.
Open to all levels.

*We do have some yoga mats for anyone who is unable to bring their own.
