Shoppers Drug Mart® has been championing women’s health for over a decade, and now, more than ever, it’s time to take action. The Shoppers Foundation for Women’s Health™ is committed to fostering health equity by increasing access to care, raising awareness, and supporting critical research.

I’m proud to support this mission by participating in the LOVE YOU Run for Women on June 7th in Innisfil, raising funds for women’s mental health programs at Women’s College Hospital. 🏃‍♀️💙

This incredible event is the largest in Canada dedicated to women’s mental health, having raised over $16 million for local charities. Every step we take makes a difference for women in our communities — women like me.

I’m walking to honor anyone facing mental health challenges and to advocate for accessible, stigma-free support. Mental health is health, and together, we can create a future where everyone feels supported emotionally and physically. 💚
