This will be a full day celebrating mental wellness through the arts through painting, dance, music, and relaxation. Each activity will be focused on nurturing physical and mental wellbeing. Every session will be led by a teaching artist and a mental wellness advocate, who will share insights into how each artform supports mental health. Also including food and raffles and much more!
