SoulSounds: New Moon Sound Bath & Intention Setting

A meditative sound journey to release, renew, and realign under the energy of the new moon.

The new moon marks a potent moment for fresh starts — a time to set intentions, plant seeds, and call in the energy you wish to grow.

In this intimate gathering, Taelor, a certified sound healing practitioner, will guide you through a deeply restorative journey using the grounding tones of Himalayan singing bowls, gentle chimes, and other meditative instruments.

This class is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and harness the lunar energy to clear what no longer serves you while creating space for new beginnings.

In this 60-minute experience, you’ll be guided through:

✨ Gentle grounding breathwork

🖤 Intention-setting aligned with the new moon

🎶 A full-body sound bath using Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and elemental instruments

💫 Energy clearing and emotional release

🧘 Silent integration and optional journaling

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Light blanket (optional but recommended)
• Eye mask (optional but recommended)
• Journal + pen for your new moon intentions
• Water bottle
• An open heart and readiness to receive

Please note: This class is a space to connect with your inner self, restore, and share the healing power of sound in community.

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to settle in and honor the shared space.

Please note: While sound healing is generally safe and restorative, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a history of epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, sound sensitivity, or use a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.

Those who are pregnant, recently injured, or recovering from surgery are also encouraged to listen to their body and modify their experience as needed.
