Black Men’s Healing Circle- October 19, 2025

A donation-based wellness experience for Black Men to heal, connect, and thrive.

A safe, sacred, and intentional space where Black Men gather to be seen, heard, and held without judgment.

The focus is on collective healing, deep listening, emotional release, and inner transformation.

For too long, many Black Men have been taught to keep their feelings locked away. Whether it’s the pressure to be “strong,” only honored for your productivity, experiences of not being believed, or fear of vulnerability, silence has often been survival. But silence also keeps us carrying the weight alone.

This healing circle is a space to unlearn that silence.

To speak without fear of judgment.

To be heard without needing to explain yourself.

To be honored for your presence; beyond your productivity.

To feel the support of community.

This experience includes:

• Guided meditation & breathwork
• Reflective journaling prompts
• Deep listening & sharing circle
• Affirmations & closing ritual
• A culturally affirming space of community and support

What to Bring:

🧘🏾 Yoga mat (for meditation and grounding exercises)
