🌸 Yoga & Flowers: A Peaceful Evening on the Farm 🌿
Escape the everyday and reconnect with nature at our Yoga & Flowers event this summer! Immerse yourself in the beauty of our blooming gardens as we flow through a two-hour experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and creativity.
🧘 One Hour of Yoga
We’ll begin by unrolling our mats right in the heart of the gardens, where certified yoga instructor Lori Link, from Yoga Flow with Lori, will guide us through a gentle, all-levels yoga session. Breathe in the fresh country air, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and move with intention among the flowers.
💐 Floral Harvest & Bouquet-Making
After yoga, we’ll transition into a hands-on floral experience led by Me, Meghan Miller. You’ll learn how to harvest flowers, select the best blooms, and create a stunning hand-tied bouquet to take home—so the beauty of the farm stays with you a little longer.
✨ What to Bring:
✔️ Yoga mat
✔️ Vase (mason jar size/style) for your bouquet
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Optional: bug spray, hat for sun protection, sunscreen
