🌸 Yoga & Flowers: A Peaceful Morning on the Farm 🌿
Escape the everyday and reconnect with nature at our Yoga & Flowers event this summer! Immerse yourself in the beauty of our blooming gardens as we flow through a two-hour experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and creativity.
🧘 One Hour of Yoga
We’ll begin by unrolling our mats right in the heart of the gardens, where certified yoga instructor Angie, from Wellness with Angie, will guide us through a gentle, all-levels yoga session. Breathe in the fresh country air, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and move with intention among the flowers.
💐 Floral Harvest & Bouquet-Making
After yoga, we’ll transition into a hands-on floral experience led by Me, Meghan Miller. You’ll learn how to harvest flowers, select the best blooms, and create a stunning hand-tied bouquet to take home—so the beauty of the farm stays with you a little longer.
✨ What to Bring:
✔️ Yoga mat
✔️ Vase (mason jar size/style) for your bouquet
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Optional: bug spray, hat for sun protection, sunscreen
