Take your lunch break with us and feed your soul as well as your body. Lunch & Learn is a weekly speaker series that invites inspiring guests to share personal stories, life lessons, cultural teachings, creative insights, or skill-building knowledge.

Each week features a new voice—from queer elders and Indigenous leaders to local artists, wellness practitioners, and changemakers. Expect casual conversation, community connection, and real talk in a welcoming space.
