Yoga for Moms Morning

Sometimes it feels we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. Am I right?

During the Yoga for Moms Morning on Mother’s Day Weekend, we’ll focus on releasing tensions we carry through slow, meditative movements. We’ll also build foundational yoga poses that can help stabilize for everyday use. You may be surprised how yoga poses can help carry you throughout your day!

Moms, dads, friends, daughters, sons, grandparents, care givers, etc. are all welcome! Not limited to mothers only.

A yoga mat, layered clothing, a blanket, and water bottle are encouraged for class. Phones and other electronic devices will be encouraged to shut down prior to class. Pre-registration is required.
