Barre Sculpt & Sip

Join us on Saturday, August 23rd for a little BS sculpting and sippin’ at Sticks & Balls in Indianola! Pulse, plié and sip your way into Saturday with your barre besties and your favorite barre-tender, yours truly. 🤸🏼‍♀️

ALL fitness levels are welcome- no ballerina experience necessary. 😉 If you’ve got a yoga mat, go ahead and bring it with you. If you need one, send us a message and we’ll get one for you! Step outside your comfort zone and see what all the BS [Barre Social] is about..promise you won’t regret it!

Payment ($20) will be accepted the morning of the event to Sticks & Balls. No pre-registration is required however, we’d love to know that you’re coming so call/text/message KP and stick to your guns, babe!
