Yere Wolo: Woman, You Good? Mental Health Check-In
The African Mande phrase, “Yere Wolo,” refers to the process of “giving birth to oneself.” We invite you to a two-hour event celebrating positive messages of self-discovery! Join us for this much-needed mental health check-in at Broadway United Methodist Church. This event is all about making sure women are feeling their best mentally. It's a safe space to share, listen, and support one another. The guest facilitator is Tamara Goode of Charlotte, NC., who co-founded a mental health ministry in Indianapolis. Let’s break the stigma and talk openly about our mental well-being. Come as you are. No judgment here. Wear comfortable shoes!
