The Podcast Lab: Connecting the Podcast to the Community

Join us for the second event in the Podcast Lab series! This four part workshop series will give you insight into the podcasting industry from the creatives behind the mic.

You'll hear Stretch Thalley, host of Follow D$ podcast, alongside Bellies and Bullshit discuss the importance of networking in podcasting and how to use it as a tool to connect to the community you serve.

Stretch Thalley is a prolific creative entrepreneur and host of the Follow D$ Podcast, which Originally from LA, Stretch brings his varied experience into every conversation, diving deep into his guests stories and highlighting both how their background has shaped them and how they in turn impact their community. He characterizes the podcast, now in its fifth year, as "conversations with his closest friends", a warm style that comes through with every episode.

Bellies and Bullshit is a laid-back, feel-good comedy podcast hosted by Brion Boyd (@whatupboah) and Demarias Matthews (@dmattlaflare), celebrating good vibes, food, culture, and unapologetic “Big Belly” energy. Based in Indianapolis, the show mixes banter, real-life stories, and thoughtful conversations around self-confidence, mental health, and community. With new episodes launching every Friday, this uplifting show is sure to keep you laughing.

The Podcast Lab is workshop series presented by Pattern in partnership with Conversation Piece, Popular Rapture, Follow D$, and North Indy Podcast.
