Sanguine Elevation: Aerial Yoga & Soundbath

Join us for an unforgettable evening of movement, music, and deep rest. We’ll begin with a gentle aerial yoga flow to awaken the body and calm the mind, preparing you for a meditative journey inside the comfort of your silk cocoon.

As you settle into a blissful shavasana, you’ll be bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum waves, chimes, intuitive vocals, and live guitar. Alyssa and Poppe will weave together song and sound with grounding meditation, inviting you to fully surrender and receive restoration.

Can you imagine floating in a cocoon, wrapped in sound and stillness?

This event is for all bodies and body types! Wear comfortable clothing and come with a light stomach for the most easeful experience. We will have a limited amount of velvet eye pillows and blindfolds available.

We will also offer a grounded experience on your own or borrowed yoga mat.
