Sacred Ecstatic is an open invitation to explore freedom through movement, sound, and presence. This all-gender ecstatic dance experience is designed to help you unfold, howl, growl, breathe, and break through the internal armor that life can build around us.
Led by facilitators Rand Ewing and Josh De Jong, with live DJ magic from Zach Wolf, you’ll be gently guided into the space with a short grounding session before flowing into 45 minutes of uninhibited, intuitive movement. Let the beat move you. Let your breath guide you. Let your body remember what freedom feels like.
This is a substance-free container. No alcohol, no judgment, just you and the rhythm.
