River Retreat: A Day of Yoga, Kayaking & Art

Come join us for a restorative day of relaxation and creativity by the river! The day will start with a gentle, all levels yoga session to rejuvenate your body and mind, next Frank's Paddlesports will guide us in kayaking on the White River, and Art Therapist, Allie Bishop, will guide the group in an art experiential along the river.

No experience needed, just bring an open mind and heart! This in-person event promises a perfect blend of serenity and fun. Mark your calendars and get ready for a day filled with wellness and inspiration!

Thank you for your interest in our workshops, retreats, and special events. We strive to provide you with valuable and enriching experiences through our events. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a change in your plans. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Policy:We do not offer refunds for cancellations of workshops, retreats, or special events. Instead, we provide credit that can be applied towards future events organized by Art of the Heart.
2. Credit Policy: In the event you need to cancel your participation, we offer a credit that can be used towards registering for a different workshop, retreat, or special event offered by Art of the Heart. The credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation and can be used for events of similar or lesser value. Only offered and honored if cancelled more than 72 hours in advance to event.
3. Transferring Credit: If you're unable to attend a specific event and wish to transfer your credit to another person, please contact us via the contact form. We will guide you through the credit transfer process.

We appreciate your understanding of our refund and credit policy. Our goal is to continue offering enriching experiences and opportunities for growth through our workshops, retreats, and special events.

Info: The timing of the river retreat may vary based on group's pace, abilities and the water levels of the river on the day of the event. We anticipate the event taking no longer than the proposed time but may end sooner.
