Come get grounded-literally and emotionally.

-We're inviting you to a special session in the garden led by licensed therapist, Rand Warden.

-You'll move your body, connect with the land, and open space for conversation around mental health, food justice, and healing.

-This is more than a garden visit-it's a moment to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be reminded that the land can hold you, too.

-Bring water, wear comfy clothes, and just show up as you are.
