You’ll start with our house-made mozzarella curd and learn how to stretch it into soft, silky cheese. Enjoy a guided tasting of our artisan cheeses—served with delicious accoutrements—and your choice of a mocktail, a glass of wine, or a Rejoicing Vine wine flight.
