Join IndyNAWIC for an interactive presentation to discover your VARK (Visual, Aural, Read/Write, Kinesthetic) learning style! Led by Daphene Koch, PhD, President of Build Your Know, LLC, this session is perfect for anyone.

In this session, you'll explore how to enhance metacognition in your training by reframing your approach to employee education. You'll also gain insight into your own learning preferences and learn how to help others improve their comprehension.

By the end of this session, you will:

• Understand the concept and value of VARK.
• Identify your own VARK score.
• Differentiate between various learning style strengths and preferences.
• Apply best practices to apply VARK in your life.
