Indy Beltane Ball (2025)

Step into the firelight of the season and celebrate renewal, passion, and community at the 2nd Annual Indy Beltane Ball! Hosted by the World Tree Community Collective at The Grove, this is your invitation to gather with like-minded souls and welcome the season of growth, warmth, and connection.

Whether you’re a long-time Beltane celebrant, a curious newcomer, or just someone looking for an unforgettable night of dancing and good company—this is your night.

🌸 Springtime Vibes – A vibrant evening filled with laughter, music, and the energy of new beginnings.

🌿 Intuitive Readings – Tarot, charm, and Akashic records readings will be available from 7:00–9:00 PM for $5 each. Whether you're seeking insight or just some magical fun, come early and explore.

🛍️ Local Vendors – A small selection of local creators will be on site offering handmade and magical goods. Come support and browse their wares throughout the night.

🔥 Drum & Fire Performances – Feel the rhythm rise at the 10 PM drum circle, followed by a live fire performance at 11 PM. Let the beat and blaze carry you into the night.

🎀 May Pole at 11:30 PM – Join us in celebrating the season with this joyful, movement-based tradition.

🌼 Spiral Dance at Midnight – A collective experience of energy, connection, and celebration through shared movement.

🎭 Dress Your Spirit – Flower crowns, festive spring outfits, cloaks, fantasy wear—dress as bold or as chill as you like. Come as you are or let the season inspire your look.

Main Room: Dancing, music, and seasonal décor to set the vibe
Divination Room: A calm, candlelit space for personal readings and deeper conversation
Outdoor Fire Pit: Optional hangout space (weather permitting) for fresh air and firelight

7:00–9:00 PM: Tarot, Akashic records, and charm readings ($5 per reading)
10:00 PM: Drum Circle

The World Tree Community Collective (WTCC) is an Indianapolis based, non-path specific, open, inclusive, group dedicated to community, education, and social connection through earth-based spirituality and other eclectic traditions.

Whether you follow a specific path, are exploring your beliefs, evolving in your practice, or simply have an interest in learning about earth-based spirituality and other cosmic topics, you are welcome here.

WTCC’s mission is to build a community of open-minded individuals with an appreciation for nature, diverse pagan beliefs, and a shared passion for meaningful connection. We aim to offer support, foster understanding, inspire learning, and encourage fun through engaging activities and events, and intellectually stimulating discussions.

Our offerings include a regular monthly community gathering with guided discussions, guest speakers, communal food, themed crafts, rituals, and time for socializing. Additionally, we host a book club, seasonal events (such as art and vendor fairs, seed swaps, and workshops), and parties and celebrations for solstices, sabbats, and other special occasions.

Event Location: The Grove

Our events are held at The Grove, a welcoming 3,500+ sq/ft space located within a private art and photography studio on Indy’s east side. It features a spacious main gathering area and a peaceful more chill room dedicated to relaxation, more meaningful conversation, and divination.
