What IS a demo run? A demo run is where you have the opportunity to try out a new brand of shoes for a run. (If you just want to stick with your regular running shoes, still come for the run and good company!)

We welcome all ages, all running paces, and walkers!

-Mizuno Wave Rider 29–an excellent choice for everyone from beginners to marathon fans who like moderate cushioning
