We are so fortunate to host Austin Shook (peaceofalignment.com) at Curves. Come listen to sounds from 14 different instruments that guide you into a deep relaxation state. ** Bring a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask...whatever helps you relax. Anyone can participate. Sign up at desk and mark GOING in this event. $40 per person for 90 minutes of awesomeness.
