Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga + Juice Experience
SUP Yoga is a peaceful yet playful way to take your yoga practice outdoors onto the water and atop a floating mat. Our classes are designed to help you feel grounded, centered, and stable in a calming, yet empowering, flow.
We begin each session on land with a brief intro to SUP basics and safety, then paddle out to a serene cove where we anchor and transform the water into our Floating Studio. This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels.
After class, enjoy a refreshing, nutrient-packed post-practice juice to nourish your body and elevate your vibe.
