Bonnie’s Bounty
In honor of Bonnie Mitsui, whose vision and stewardship cultivated the spirit of Turner Farm. This abundant table reflects the heart of Turner Farm, a gathering of seasonal vegetables, pickles, cheeses, breads, and spreads drawn entirely from the land Bonnie nurtured. Some courses will be paired with wine.

Warm Farro, Squash Blossom, Lemon-Thyme Emulsion, Foraged Greens
7. Char & Cherry
Lamb Tartare & Charcoal-Grilled Loin, Black Garlic, Pickled Cherry, Wild Mint
8. Solstice Bloom (Dessert Course)
Lavender-Honey Panna Cotta, Macerated Raspberry, Lemon Verbena Crumb
