What to Expect:

• Gentle beach yoga on the sand
• Letting go what no longer serves us
• Connection with a like-hearted community under the moonlight

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat and large blanket or beach towel
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
• A friend and your good vibes✨
• Pro Tip: Lay your blanket down first and place your mat on top for more comfort and less sand.
