Yeehaw, Treasure Hunters! The SantaCaliGon Medallion Hunt is BACK! 🤠
Get ready to saddle up and join the Independence Chamber of Commerce and The Examiner for a treasure hunt! We're bringin' back the SantaCaliGon Medallion Hunt for our 53rd festival celebration, and we couldn't be more excited!
Clues start droppin' Tuesday, July 29th at 8:00 AM in The Examiner. We'll be sharin' one clue every Tuesday through August 19th, 2025. Keep your eyes peeled, partners, because those medallions are up for grabs until all four are found!
If the medallion aren't found by noon on clue day, mosey on over to the SantaCaliGon Facebook page for more hints. Each one of the medallions are engraved with our 53rd year logo and a QR code on the back. Found one? Scan that code to register and claim your chance to win the GRAND PRIZE: a SantaCaliGon prize pack filled with carnival tickets, special seating for Saturday's main stage concerts, and other festival goodies!
On Friday, August 29th, all 4 winners will be invited to the Main Stage, where Independence Mayor Rory Rowland will announce the winner.
