Important things to Know:

The Community Center is in a residential neighborhood. It still look like a church from the outide but it is not. Come on in and we are in the room to the left.

Please arrive promptly at 6:30 to mingle and share snacks. The circle will start at 7:00 (a great time to make new friends)

Provided: Meat and cheese tray, rolls to make sandwiches, chips and dip, plates, napkins

What to bring: A drink, a snack, side dish, or sweet treat to share. (we have a kitchen and fridge at this location) - a yoga mat if desired and blanket and pillow if you want to lay down for the guided visualization .

Dress comfy as we will be on the floor most of the time.
