1000 pound club
It is almost time again for the 1000 pound club. May 17th at 5pm. All lifters welcome. $10 for members and $15 for non-members. Squat bench and deadlift for a to total of 1000lbs, 700lbs, and 500lbs (500 for females only) will be recognized and receive a medalian with you club and total.
