Tai Chi Chuan @ Aspen Grove (September Dates)

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that focuses on slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness. It is often practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, and stress reduction. It is also used as a form of meditation in motion and can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels. Taught by Dave Norehad, who has over 15 years of experience.

Ages: 18 +
Days/Times: Select Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9-10am
September Dates: 2, 11, 16, 23, 25, 30
Location: Aspen Grove
Fee: $23, $18 w/ IVGID Pass (per class)
