Join Us in Celebrating Music at the 46th Annual West Allegheny Marching Band Festival!
Get ready for an exciting day of music on October 4th as the West Allegheny Marching Band hosts its 46th annual Band Cavalcade!
We will be welcoming 9 talented local bands, along with their families and friends, to what promises to be a memorable event.
Last year we had over 900 festival attendees. Our own band is bigger than ever this year, with over 190 members!
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business while supporting our dedicated student musicians. This is our largest fundraiser of the year. Money raised will benefit our students in numerous ways: assisting with the cost of travel, instruments, meals, and more.
Here’s how you can get involved:
1) Advertise in Our Event Program: Secure a prime spot in our festival program with an ad. Prices are affordable, ranging from $35 to $250 based on size, making it a cost effective marketing tool.
2) Donate to Our Raffle: Put together a fun gift basket (choose your own theme!) or donate a gift certificate. These items will be prominently displayed and raffled off, generating excitement throughout the evening.
3) Sponsorship opportunities! Ranging from $100 to $2500. These provide fantastic benefits to promote your business!
We're committed to recognizing our supporters! Your business will receive shout-outs on all our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and our website), and we encourage our band families to show their appreciation by supporting your business in return.
