Our events are designed to provide athletes with a safe and fun environment to foster growth and development. All of our officials are certified by TBA-SA, and you will be educated on how to score and win.

No power or loading strikes (will not be scored)
No sweeps, vining, or hooking (lifting the heel to sweep opponent)
No cartwheel kick
No spinning techniques allowed (hard to control the power and can lead to a KO/TKO)
No hyper-extending opponents back during the clinch
No unsportsmanlike conduct
No elbows
No knees to the head
No push kicks or teeps to opponents' knee
No hip tossing or takedowns
No falling on downed opponent intentionally
No striking opponent when they are down
No disobeying referee's instructions (Break, Stop)
No spitting out mouthguard
No intentional groin strikes

Effective technique
Defense
Scoring - 10 Point Must:
10 points: Wins the round (must find a winner each round)
9 points: Close round/decisive
8 points: not required
