This week, as we dance together in the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales, we’ll create a supportive community for deep, healing practice. Inspired by the landscape that surrounds us, we’ll let the dance lead us into grace and ease, where we can breathe and be, and enjoy simplicity.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
